Welcome to Astro Fusion. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our Vedic Astrology chat application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Astro Fusion ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2.1 Nature of Astrological Readings

Our Service provides Vedic Astrology readings and consultations. These readings are based on traditional astrological principles and interpretations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Astrological readings are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• Readings should not be considered as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• Results and interpretations may vary between astrologers and methodologies.
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on astrological readings.

2.2 AI-Generated Content

Some of our astrological readings are generated by artificial intelligence. While our AI is trained on traditional Vedic Astrology texts and principles, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not have the same depth or nuance as readings provided by human astrologers.

2.3 Human Astrologer Consultations

For consultations with human astrologers, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth information for accurate readings.
• Arrive on time for scheduled consultations.
• Maintain respectful communication during consultations.
• Not record or share consultation sessions without explicit permission.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Astro Fusion and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Astro Fusion.

4.1 Your Content

When you upload, share, or otherwise provide content to our Service ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the right to use and grant us the rights as provided in these Terms.
• The content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to share content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Constitutes unauthorized advertising, spam, or any form of solicitation.

5.1 Fees

Some aspects of the Service require payment of fees. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service.

5.2 Subscriptions

Some features of our Service are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment will be charged to your payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the beginning of each renewal period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your account settings.

5.3 Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• For human astrologer consultations, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the completed session if you were not satisfied with the service.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial subscription periods.
• One-time purchases of digital content (e.g., birth chart reports) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the account settings.

In no event shall Astro Fusion, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Astro Fusion does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
