This is a 40-minute practice performed in a dark room with a large mirror. Place a small flame to the side, so only your face is reflected. Stare into your own eyes in the mirror without blinking.

Set up a large mirror in a dark room... Place a small flame to the side so only your face is reflected... Stare into your own eyes in the mirror without blinking... After a few days, your face may begin to take on new shapes from the subconscious... After about three weeks, a moment may come when there is 'no face' in the mirror at all—only emptiness... Continue for 40 minutes.
