This is a third-eye meditation involving six 10-minute stages. It brings centered energy to the third eye.

Stage 1 (10 min): Sit still and gaze softly at a blue light... Stage 2 (10 min): Close the eyes and sway gently from side to side... Repeat this cycle three times (total 60 minutes)... This brings centered energy to the third eye.
