Anapanasati step 1: Knowing the breath is long. Simply observe when your breath is naturally long, without trying to make it long.

Find a comfortable seated position... Close your eyes gently... Bring awareness to your breath... Simply notice when the breath is naturally long... Don't try to make it long... Just observe... When the mind wanders, gently return to observing the breath.
