Step 21: Golden Light Meditation

This 20-minute technique transforms energy. It is best done just after waking or just before sleeping.

Lie on your back... In-breath (Male Energy): Visualize a golden light pouring through the top of your head, cleansing your entire body, and exiting through your toes... Out-breath (Female Energy): Visualize a dark, soothing river entering through your toes, moving up through the body, and exiting through the head... Continue this cycle for 20 minutes.
