Step 9: The 'Stop!' Meditation

Stop! • Set your preferred count of daily freeze moments.

Start doing this simple method at least six times a day. It only takes half a minute. You are walking on the road—suddenly, as you remember—stop, completely stop. No movement. Just be present for half a minute. Wherever you are, however you are, completely freeze. This practice interrupts the mechanical flow of daily life and brings you into deep awareness. You can set how many 'Stop!' reminders you want per day in settings.

You can be anywhere—walking, sitting, standing. When you remember (or when you receive a reminder), suddenly stop. Completely freeze. No movement at all. Whatever position you're in, hold it. Just be present. Watch. Witness. Feel your body. Feel the space around you. Stay frozen for 30 seconds. Then, when you're ready, continue. This sudden stopping creates a gap in the mechanical flow of life, bringing you into deep awareness.
