'Live in this moment.' Living in this moment is meditation. Being right here, right now, is meditation. You are not thinking about the past, nor thinking about the future. Time has stopped. The world has stopped. This is a core principle that can be practiced throughout your day. You can enable 'Here & Now' reminders in settings to receive gentle prompts throughout the day to return to this moment.
Where are you right now? Be here. What are you doing? Be with it completely. Don't think about what you need to do later. Don't think about what happened earlier. Just be here, right now. Feel your body. Feel the space around you. Feel the moment. This moment is all there is. Everything else is just thought. Come back to this moment, again and again. This is the practice of presence.
