Step 67: Nadabrahma Meditation

A one-hour humming meditation that brings harmony to the inner being. It consists of three stages.

Stage 1 - Humming (30 min): Sit in a relaxed position with eyes closed and lips together. Hum loudly enough to create a vibration throughout your body... Stage 2 - Hand Movements (15 min): Part 1 (7.5 mins): With palms up, move your hands in a slow, outward circular motion, starting at the navel. Feel that you are giving energy to the universe. Part 2 (7.5 mins): Turn hands palms down, reverse the movement, moving them in towards the navel. Feel that you are receiving energy... Stage 3 - Stillness (15 min): Sit absolutely quiet and still.
