Vipassana is the art of watching the breath and whatever else arises in consciousness without judgment or attachment. Find a comfortable place to sit for 45-60 minutes.
Find a comfortable place to sit, keeping the back and head straight... Close your eyes... Bring awareness to the natural breath, feeling its sensation where it is most clear... When thoughts, feelings, or sounds arise, simply allow the attention to go to them... Watch everything as if they are 'clouds passing in the sky'—without clinging or rejecting... When there is a choice, gently return awareness to the breath... Continue for 45-60 minutes.
