A powerful grounding technique for those who lose their sense of gravity in deep meditation. This involves a 24-day visualization practice.

Days 1-12 (Expansion): For 10 minutes each day, imagine your body becoming bigger and bigger, eventually filling the entire universe... Days 13-24 (Contraction): For 10 minutes each day, imagine your body becoming smaller and smaller, until it is a tiny, invisible atom... This practice creates a deep sense of centeredness.
