When fear arises, work with it directly. Dedicate 40 minutes at night to actively living the fear. In a dark room, use your imagination to create and confront your worst fears.

In a dark room at night... Use your imagination to create your worst fears... Confront them directly... Don't run away... Stay with the fear for 40 minutes... During the day, when fear arises, simply accept it without rejection.
