Step 3: Osho Dynamic Meditation

3of 108

Dynamic Meditation • 5 stages (10,10,10,15,15). Ensure space for movement.

This is a 1-hour, 5-stage active meditation designed to release pent-up energy and emotions. Dynamic Meditation is highly active and requires space for movement. Ensure you have enough room to move freely before beginning. This practice is transformative when done fully, allowing you to move from chaos to silence to celebration.

Stage 1 (10 min): Begin with chaotic, fast, deep breathing through the nose. Breathe deeply and rapidly, letting your body move naturally with the breath. Stage 2 (10 min): Now explode. Let go of everything. Shout, scream, laugh, cry, jump, shake—whatever needs to come out, let it come out. Stage 3 (10 min): With arms raised, jump up and down, shouting the mantra 'Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!' Let the sound hammer into your root chakra. Feel the energy rising. Stage 4 (15 min): Stop! Freeze completely. Remain in whatever position you are in. Be a witness. Watch everything without moving. Stage 5 (15 min): Celebrate! Dance with gratitude and joy. Express your appreciation for life through movement and music.
