A joyful song and dance meditation done in three 20-minute stages. Kirtan is a celebration through sound and movement.

Stage 1 (20 min): With eyes closed, dance, sing, and clap your hands with total involvement... Stage 2 (20 min): Lie down and be silent and still... Stage 3 (20 min): Dance and sing again in total abandonment, losing yourself completely.
