Sufi dancing is a method for expressing and releasing one's inner state. Whatever is inside—anger, love, sadness—is allowed to filter through the gestures and movements, creating a powerful catharsis.

Stand comfortably... Begin to move... Let whatever is inside express itself through your movements... If there's anger, let it move... If there's love, let it flow... If there's sadness, let it dance... Allow your inner state to filter through your gestures... Continue for 20 minutes... Let the dance be a catharsis.
