From Vigyan Bhairav Tantra: Relax completely in a moving vehicle like a train or cart. Allow the body to be loose and swayed by the rhythmic motion. You can bypass the mind's resistance and discover the unmoving inner center.

When in a moving vehicle (train, bus, car as passenger)... Relax completely... Let your body be loose... Swayed by the rhythmic motion... Bypass the mind's resistance... Discover the unmoving inner center... That remains still amidst external movement... Practice for 20 minutes.
