Step 65: Kundalini Meditation

The 'sunset sister meditation' to Dynamic Meditation. The core principle: 'allow the shaking, don't do it.' It consists of four 15-minute stages.

Stage 1 (15 min): Stand loosely and let your whole body shake. Feel the energy moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking itself... Stage 2 (15 min): Dance in any way you feel. Let the whole body move as it wishes... Stage 3 (15 min): Close your eyes and be still, either sitting or standing. Witness everything happening inside and out... Stage 4 (15 min): Keeping eyes closed, lie down and be still.
