Every morning upon waking, before opening your eyes, stretch every fiber of your body for 3-4 minutes. Then, for five minutes, simply laugh. At first, it may be a 'doing,' but soon the attempt itself will trigger genuine, spontaneous laughter.

Upon waking, before opening your eyes... Stretch every fiber of your body for 3-4 minutes... Then, simply laugh... For five minutes, just laugh... At first it may feel forced, but soon genuine laughter will arise... If you have difficulty, try the purification technique: drink lukewarm salt water in the morning on an empty stomach, then induce vomiting to cleanse blocks.
