The secret is to be non-mechanical. If we can do all our daily actions in a non-mechanical, non-automatic way, our whole life becomes a meditation. Bathing, eating, talking to a friend—do it all with full awareness, as if for the first time. This is a core principle that transforms ordinary life into a continuous meditation. You can enable 'Non-Mechanical Reminders' in settings to receive prompts throughout the day.
Choose a daily activity—eating, walking, bathing, brushing your teeth. Now, do it as if for the first time. If you're eating, really taste the food. Notice the texture, the flavor, the temperature. If you're walking, feel your feet on the ground. Notice the movement of your body. If you're bathing, feel the water on your skin. Be completely present with the activity. Don't do it mechanically, on autopilot. Do it with full awareness, as if you've never done it before.
